REGIONAL TRUSTEES
Regional Trustees
are elected by the vote of the regular members present from their respective
Region at the Annual Meeting. The Regional Trustees serve staggered terms
so that only one Trustee position from each Region is subject to election
each year. The term of office for all elected officials lasts two years,
and they are eligible for re-election at the end of the term.

OFFICERS
The Officers of this
Association shall be President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer,
Immediate Past President and Legislative Representative. The Officers,
together with eight (8) Regional Trustees, shall comprise the Executive
Committee. Officers shall be elected by vote of the general membership
present at the Annual Meeting, except the Legislative Representative who
shall be appointed by the President with the approval of a majority of
the Executive Committee and shall serve until replaced.
